Registration information you provide to us when you create your Oodlebit Exchange account, which may include your first name, last name, country of residence, gender, date of birth, e-mail address, username, password, tax information such as social security number, citizenship information for purposes of tax compliance, and any other information necessary to set up your account and maintain compliance with State and Federal Laws.
Transaction information you provide when you trade, accept, buy, sell, deposit, withdraw or otherwise send or store cryptocurrency through the platform. Transaction information when you pay or receive pay, or when we charge you through our platform. We may collect and retain some or all of the information related to these transactions, including the transactional parties, time, type of virtual financial assets involved, the order volume, price, value and, where applicable, the proceeds derived and other transaction information.
Information you provide in public forums on our Site. Please note that our platform may offer chat, forums, and community environments or other tools that do not have a restricted audience. If you choose to post Personal Information publicly, that Personal Information may be posted publicly and disclosed without any limitation as to its use by us or a third party. Our obligation to keep personally identifiable information private ends in regards to any information you have made available to the public or to other users through our platform. General Information Gathered to Provide our Services
We collect information to create transaction records (“Transaction Records”), which are used for the purpose of tracking activity on our platform for security purposes and to aid in our efforts to maintain strict compliance with Federal and State laws guiding virtual currency transactions. These Transaction Records may include information entered into the platform by the Customer, such as a notes, memos, transaction history, cryptocurrency addresses, automatically gathered information, computer identification information, screenshots and metadata, and other similar data. The information gathered from Transaction Records is not treated as Personal Information and may be combined, analyzed, and used for the same purposes in which Anonymous and Compiled information is used and as expressed above.
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or the instructions provided in any email we send.
